Brings Lana back.. Lois is a stupid, ugly and old woman. Lana belongs to Clark and Clark belongs to Lana. I don't care what happens with Lois, she has to go from Smallville. And than Clark can married Lana, yeah. Happyend, Lana back, Lois is gone, Clana forever.

They should change the story so that clark and lana are together forever. I mean they are so much beter than clark and lois!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot beleive that Lana married Lex Luthor. The future nemesis of Superman. I hope that truth about the baby will shead some light on the fact that is the baby is actually Clark's baby and not Lex. I hope that if seaon 7 is final season of Smallville that Clark and Lana get married. And that Clark reveals his secret to Lana.

I am a huge fan of Tom Welling and Kristin Kreuk, and an even bigger fan of Clark and Lana. There is nothing more i love than to see the two of them live happily ever after. Sadly, this is never going to happen. So my only hope is for the writers and producers to sacrifice Lana's character in a tragic,devastating,dramatic,emotion-filled,and heartwrenching manner, that will eventually shape and propel Clark to become the man that he is.

Wait a minute NO NO NO!! No Clark and Lois ,and NO Clark and Chloe. Just Clark and Lana that is just so perfect. I would love to see Lana go up to Clark and tell him she loves him and then have them( sleep togehter) !!!!!!:)

Kristin Kreuk is the only actor from the Smallville series who has a real shot at legitimate movies. She is getting great reviews for her staring role in the movie, Partition, released in Canada and to be picked up later this year at Sundance. The movie Partition is not a dumb, teenage horror flick. It is directed by a respected director about a politically charged subject. The producers and writers should really respect how much loyalty viewers have to the main four characters: Clark, Lana, Lex Chloe and end the series focus on these four people.

As far as CLana "back to the forefront" I think TPTB are shooting themselves in the foot. CLana should move from romantic to friendship this season period. Dragging both characters back into High School mode is bad for the viewers and for the story. I'm a CLoiser yes, I'm also a huge Durance fan. With that said, I've followed Kristin through many of her ventures way before Smallville. Did I think it was cute when Clark and Lana had a romance? Sure I did, four years ago. Now it's like beating a dead horse. When an actress is annoyed with her character like Kristin is then there's a problem. SV's Lana doesn't even act like cannon Lana Lang. It's funny because all these theories have sprung about from Smallville. For example take the CHloiser's. A character completely made up (Chloe) who acts more like Lana Lang then SV's Lana Lang has me reeling. If the writers have mixed up the characters, to the affect that people are actually deluded enough to believe a Cannon character would be replaced by her made up cousin.... well TPTB have failed.

Season four was a SV Renaissance....bring on more Cannon-esque story lines and leave the FOTWs at home. If we can’t have CLois then let’s focus on Clark and keep the melodramatic soap opera ‘Who will he choose this week’ story lines at bay. For example CLana is dead let's see Clark Kent grow up and become a man, and then maybe we can foresee him as Superman.

Clana is the crappiest ship' on TV ever, IMO. All whine and no sense makes it both dull and dumb.

I am, and always will be, a total Clana fan. CLANA FOREVERRR! and no im not just saying this because they look amazing together (which they do) or because she makes him happy (which she does). I've been watching this show since dayy 1 back in 2001 and i must say that even though blahh blahh supermans "thing" is Clark and Lois .. WHO CARES!?!?! Al Gough (i think thats his name) even said that they do a lot of things differently in smallville than in the actual superman (superman never had "meteor freaks") ... and I know it (clark and lana ending up together) probably wont happen but a girl can dream can't she? theres just something about the way they look at eachother you can tell that its true love and no matter who else they date, they'll always love eachother

I am really looking forward to leaving the whole Clana love thing behind. They'd be so much better of as really close friends (although I must say that prior to this season I was a total "die hard" Clana fan). While Clana needs to end, at least as a romantic relationship, and move on to friendship, I am totally looking forward to the end of 'Lexana'. Its retarded. I started to watch Smallville because of Kristin Kreuk. I hate how the character of Lana has been written, espcially in Season 6 with the pregnancy and the Lana-Lex hook up. I sincerely hope Smallville will end in Season 6. The original Smallville seasons 1 to Season 5's Reckoning were really special. Viewers should be left with some positive feelings about the characters, the series should end soon.

Interesting interview. I thought this was a great movie for KK to pick, because it is so different from her work on "SV". Kudos to her for recognizing that and for being the lead in the movie. Best of luck to her, she's a sweet girl.

Regarding Lana's postion in Clark's life: I really, really hope that this Clana angle they're re-visiting is all a set-up for friendship Clana. "SV" should end, if all is right with the world, with Lana and Clark being friends & Clark being in love with Lois Lane (played, as well all know, by the absolutely wonderful Erica Durance). I don't mind if Clark and Lois don't hook up until the series finale. However, I will mind if the series finale ends with Clark and Lana still together or Clark still pining after Lana.

I think even Kristin doesn't like the way Lana is written. I hope in upcoming episodes Clana is dealt with in better way and is given a closure.

Eagerly waiting for Erica Durance's return after Crimson. It's finally time for the only real lovestory in Clark's life i.e., Clark and Lois. Bring CLARK AND LOIS TOGETHER!!

It is unfortunate that Kristin is such a wonderful person but she is stuck in this not so well written role. Why can't TPTB write her better? I just hope Clark and Lana manage to become best friends like they are in comics & settle their issues once and for all!

As for Clois, first of all, I want to thank CW and TPTB for finally acknowledging that they are seriously going to follow the mythos and are not going to take any crap from a handful of bitter fans who have got nothing better to do than bash & bicker & humiliate the Superman comics with their sick "theories".

Kristin's last comment in the interview sort of stood out to me. She stated that she plays the damsel-in-distress role, and she's not sure if that's something she wants to portray anymore. I hope Smallville's TPTB can write her better and give her a stronger role, especially her canon role in the Superman's mythos, as one of his friends and a part of his support system.

I hope by saying that Clana is back on track is that they're trying to ease them into Clana friendship. That would be a really good development for the show.

Seriously, the Clana crap has got to stop.....either that or just evolve into something different....which may be too late for it anyway....I'd venture to say that most people....whether, Clois or Chlark.....or even Clana fans (other than the "die hard" Clanists of course) are in agreement that it's not good for the show anymore. You know something is wrong when you start looking forward to the commercials.

Let's hope the show starts progressing into the future instead of regressing into its past. Because if we keep getting more of the same crap, the past is exactly where I'd like to leave it.

Clark and Lana's relationship is a part of the comic books and their friendship is also very important to the story. I personally don't like the direction TPTB took with Lana this year by making her pregnant at 19 and all this love triangle drama. I think she should've stayed with Clark and they should've figured out why their relationship doesn't work well.

It's like they've given Chloe the role of iconic Lana i.e., Clark's best friend, knowing his secret and pining for him etc, and left Lana out with Lex.

However, I hope that Clark/Lana issues are going to be resolved in the upcoming episodes. I can't wait to see how the second round of Clark/Lex/Lana triangle plays out. It will certainly impact Clark/Lex's destiny too & that is what I am eager to see.

As for the legendary love affair, that is Clark and Lois, well, no hurry.. they have got an entire lifetime to spend with each other. I'd love their relationship to develop slowly and beautifully. The little moments from Zod, Hydro and Justice are amazing beginning of their relationship.

Plus, I am eager to see Clark venture into journalism too, something that hasn't even been touched yet it is so crucial to make Clark the 'iconic Clark'. I'd also like to see how Lois makes her way into Daily Planet, her ultimate destiny. So I want their romance to slowly develop while they pursue their careers too.

As far Clark and Lana they have some unresolved issues which they have to go through. They have to come to a realization that its just not the secrets which are separating them. I want Lana to learn Clark's secret and work on their canon friendship.
I am a Clark and Lois fan. I don't wan't Clark to start anything with Lois until he has resolved his issues with Lana. This season we have seen them getting close as friends. Seeds of attraction have been planted on Clark's side. I just want to see a natural progression of their relationship.

kristin is adorable, but Clana must die.

Clana is just what keeps Clark FROM his destiny and it is lasting so long because it is the final step for him to realize he isn't meant for the small town girl, she is the metaphor of the life he has to leave behind to fulfill his full Superman fate. Clana is the obstacle he has to over come to become fully Superman and embrace his future. And story wise this won't happen until the last chapter.

Plus ship/romance wise Clana can't end or Clark move on to ILL without first the playing field equalizing (both knowing the truth). He has to see her for what she really is and he can't until all the cards are dealt (she knows the truth). He has to choice ILL over Lana when both are equal and only ILL is the one who accepts his destiny while Lana doesn't.

Given that I see that point of realization that ILL is the one for him and not Lana as the final step to Clark being fully Superman I say go Clana for now.

I think there is hope for Clana friendship. As other posters have mentioned, when Clark and Lana's issues are resolved, hopefully they can be friends.

I think it's overly simplistic to think if this resurgence of Clana as Clark on the road to Lois... but it's definitely Clark on the road to something. LOL! Hopefully he'll get more of a healthy, objective perspective on his relationship with Lana.

Funny, Tig! I don't recall CHLOE being mentioned one time, so don't even bring her up here, it doesn't even involve her.

It's great that KK is moving away from the cookie-cutter role that Lana has become. Sadly, just when a Dark Lana seems interesting, the show drags back their most favourite Daytime Soap storyline.

I would really like to know why they could have resolved the Clana issues at the beginning of the season, in tandem or instead of the good-for-nothing-in-the-end Green Arrow storyline. Clark has learned nothing from Ollie and certainly some closure with Lana would have been better instead. As of now, he's using EDLois for sex and stealing Lana to ask her to marry him while on RedK?! And hopefully, once these issues with Lana are resolved, Clark will move on to Chloe and EDLois to Green Arrow in Offscreenville.

I believe the look they gave each other at the end of the last episode shows that they can now be comfortable enough with each other to be close friends. Which is where they need to be now and in the future so that Clark can make his progression to becoming "Superman".

As for Clana, I think that they SERIOUSLY need to resolve the unresolved issues and close that chapter for once, because it has become so much more dramatic than it actually is in the Comic Books.
As already mentioned by Alexis, if a certain spoiler is true, Lana will be able to assume another part on Clark's life, other than the "girl next door who he has a crush since he was a little kid". I hope they develop a nice - and canon - friendship between them, and end with the whole Clark-pining-after-Lana thing.
They just cannot bring the canon relationship between Clark and Lois with Clark still having unresolved feelings and issues regarding Lana. That would be absolutely disrespectful towards Lois Lane's character, because she's the only one, even though they both had their flings and flames on the past.
I can only hope they close the chapter on Lana and focus on Clark moving towards his future as Superman AND as "head over heels in love" with Lois. And, consequentially, Lois in love with him as well, because that's how we all know it will end up like.
I think this season has been absolutely fantastic for Clark and Lois, in spite of the 'two steps forward (Clois) and fifty-seven steps back (Clana)'. They have been developing the friendship between them and maybe even some hidden feelings there. The sparks are definately growing, and I hope they keep moving those two towards their future.

I think that everything that is happening with Clana is going to lead up to them being friends again, at best... if they did try to get back together, I think it will be shortlived, because obviously there is a reason WHY they don't stay together.. I would love for them to become friends and for her to know his secret finally... they can get some kind of closure and both move on for good, so that we can start focusing on the Iconic relationship of Clark and Lois.

As for Clana, I think there are some unresolved issues there. And going by some recent eps, and some spoilers, looks like some of those issues will be discussed and out in the open in upcoming episodes. Should be interesting. Especially if one spoiler is true, which would enable Lana taking a more canon role in Clark's life. That is something nice to look forward to.

I also think the season has done good with Clois, and upped their friendship level. And since 'Hydro' and 'Justice', small seeds of attraction are being lain too. Hopefully future episodes will explore this, because the series also needs to start going forward with this eventual relationship, since these two do, as you point out, end up with each other. I'm looking forward to the way it's done, Clark's journey to Lois. :) I hope it's as good as I'm hoping it'll be.
