Smallville Alum Eric Johnson Flashes Back to TV
As we announced earlier this spring, Smallville's Eric Johnson will be playing Flash Gordon in a new series of the same name on the Sci Fi Channel this August. Now EW.com has an exclusive interview with our man about his new role.
He talks a little bit about his Smallville alter ego, Whitney. Are there similarities between Whitney and Señor Gordon? " 'I think there is a similarity there, just a regular guy trying to do the right thing.' " Is he afraid that he'll forever be associated with comic book heroes? " 'I'm playing a regular guy. He's far more Indiana Jones than he is Superman,' " he points out to EW.com writer Annie Barrett.
He even gets a love interest and a swank new ride in the "Flashmobile," a '67 Firebird convertible. (Then again, Clark would say, "Who needs to drive when you can fly?" No need to feel threatened, kiddo.) Congrats, Eric!

What happend to the season finally of smallville on cww 11 in seattle that was promissed and did not get. And why are we seeing 2 hours of the season finally of super natural yet again. Whas up? Are you over the budget. I am not happy withthis sunday nights programing.
