Introducing The America's Next Top Model Podcast!
If any show on The CW were begging for a podcast, it's America's Next Top Model. The controversial photos! The recurring catfights! Tyra in general! And this week... the (completely purposeless, totally disgusting, and quite wasteful) meat shoot.
Recaps and polls can only get you so far -- sometimes you've got to discuss with a friend. So starting now, we'll be podcasting about Top Model's insanity each week. It's a no-holds-barred kind of thing -- this week, Mia and I take on the exasperating Tyra mails (and the out-of-nowhere SINGING), debate the charm of eliminee Amis, and discuss our current favorites. Be sure to let us know what you think in the comments; we want to hear what you loved and hated!

Oh glad you're doing ANTM updates. I agree with pretty much everything you said.
What do you guys think of Anya? Just curious. She kind of annoys me. I dunno why. I dont like her makeover either.
Anyways I agree about not being able to win with the judges. Its like they just always change their minds to justify why someone gets sent home. Like Jenah last cycle when she said "just because I dont spew rainbows doesnt mean I dont have personality" lol.
and OMG it drives me crazy when the girls scream all the time! They'll scream about anything. Lame.
Do they have to read the Tyra mail in unison ALL the time!? Its so annoying. I just put it on mute.
I agree about Claire. She is too good for the show.
The makeovers: Sometimes they mess up the makeovers so bad. Its ridiculous. I dont like Whitney's, Dominique's, Anya's, or Amis's makeovers.
Fatima I was expecting her to be mature but shes kind of silly.
Katarzyna is gorgeous. I think its pronounced Katara-"jina"
ok I've rambled enough. I cant wait for your OTH podcast for 512.

So, by far, I loved this podcast better than the OTH podcast, which is weird since I have become obsessed with OTH this season. It's probably because I don't take Top Model as seriously.
I agree with pretty much everything you said, except for you guys liking Whitney. She's fine and all, but I haven't really gotten a reason to love her yet. But that hair looks horrible! She'll dye it back, though. Anyone who they ever gave crazy hair to, when you see them after, it's always back to the way they had it before.

Loved the podcast, Jackie you had me cracking up talking about Jay coming out of the freezer! I can't imagine how bad it must have smelled and how much antibacterial soap they needed to have on hand. Disgusting! So, do you think meat clothes are worse than wearing fur?
