I had a really interesting story today...Recession beer sales. The president of a popular alcohol chain may have said it best today. He said, " Alcohol sales are not immune to the recession, alcohol sales are resistant to the recession." While the stats show many Americans still buy alcohol when times are tough, they appear to be buying cheaper alcohol.
