They call it the Pillow Face look. Plump, youthful. Think grape, not raisin. It's all the rage in Hollywood. I interviewed a north Texas plastic surgeon who says that fat fillers comprise the vast majority of his business. People fly in from all over the world to have fat moved from one part of the body only to have it placed into their cheeks, chins and other thinned out placed on the face. The idea is to fill it up rather than stretch it out. I met a 42 year old woman who does not look 42. She looks younger than she did when she was 38 and her cheeks were as rosy as when she was in her 20's. I'm told it's not very invasive, but there is one downside: Looking thirtyish when you are fortyish will cost you about nine thousandish.
