Who ya gonna call?
When I was younger I was obsessed with the Ghostbusters. I pretty much watched both movies over and over and over again. Also I had the nintendo game and computer game. I also had a crush on Bill Murray.
So you can imagine how thrilled I was when our Desk Assignments Manager Brenda called out to the producer in the middle of the newsroom: "HEEY. Walt's on his way back and is bringing back something called a Proton Pack, or something."
WHAT! A PROTON PACK! This is the greatest day ever. I was already jealous that Walt got to go on a story with the local company that created the new Ghostbusters Video game. Walt got to talk to the creators, and the creators got to talk to the actors from the movie, who voiced the video game.
I think I was the MOST excited when Walt came back to the newsroom-- with this:
But he quickly attracted a crowd. People in the newsroom wanted to SEE the proton pack, but almost everyone didn't really know what it was. I heard people call it a "laser gun" and a "light saber." Really. A Light Saber? (Walt said the company created the fake proton pack for fun, but actually used it to help with their game design.)

For me, getting to try on the Proton Pack was like a dream come true. This also became my new facebook picture. Some people have left comments on my facebook page. Saying I'm "nerdy" or "not cool"

AAAAHHHHHH!!!! How well I remember!!!! Hey, does that thing pick up dirt? There is a ton of dirt (and things!) under your bed at home!!!! Do ya think we STILL have the ghost buster toys? Probably, since your parents are pack rats!!!! :)
