Get on your bikes and ride!
A new spanish study may be a concern for guys who like to ride bikes 186 miles a week. Scientists say long rides leave me short on good sperm. In fact, only about 4% of the sperm registers as normal. This could pose a big fertility problem. Doctors say it's a combination of pressure on the rump and heat caused by friction. We interviewed a couple of cyclists who ride 220-250 miles a week. One could care less because he has no plans for kids. The other, isn't sure, but plans on studying the study. Scientists are so convinced it's a problem, they advice riders to freeze their sperm before they start training. Finding another sport may also take care of the problem.
