Hot night in the city

It was supposed to be an emergency hearing, but it was backed up to Wednesday. I guess it's only an emergency is you are the one without air conditioning. People who live in a Dallas apartment complex say they have not had AC in 25 days. A class action lawsuit was filed on Thursday, but lawyers for the apartment complex they did not have sufficient notice about the hearing. So, 25 days will likely go to 27. Another hot night, or two, in the city.
