Animal Abuse

As for the case in Mansfield, I was told that no arrest have been made in that case. Police told me that its the second time the owner has been cited for neglected animals. The horses from this location and the ones in Pilot Point will eventually be sold to other owners. Right now the Humane Society does not know how much the adoption rate will be, but stay tuned.
