Cowboys Collapse Lawsuit -- Who is Getting Sued?

Two Dallas Cowboys employees have filed lawsuits against the manufacturer of the practice facility and several other companies, after the structure collapsed during a thunderstorm in May.

So who is getting sued:

Summit Structures -- U.S. sales and construction affiliate  

Cover-All Building Systems -- Canada-based, designer

JCI -- Las Vegas consulting firm -- that helped with redesign after a flaw was discovered

Wrangler Concrete Construction -- Burleson-based, built the facilites foundation

Midwest Building -- Minnesota-based contractor
