Jailhouse doc

I got the grand tour of the Dallas County Jail Health Care Clinic. You want busy? They treat 100 thousand inmates a year. Right now there are more than 600 inmates receiving mental care. Inmates used to be shuttled to Parkland or dialysis clinics. People there say that was dangerous and costly. The new dialysis center and infirmary saves hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Federal law makes inmate care a requirement. At the Dallas County Jail, justice is blind and the doctors and nurses don't judge. Regardless of the quality of care, I highly recommend going there like I did, with a get-out-of jail free card.
