The Cash For Clunkers program could end this week, if the Senate doesn't approve adding an additional 2 billion dollars to the popular program.
Some dealers are scrambling to get their reimbursement paperwork in before what they understand is Tuesday at midnight deadline.
The program has become controversial, with some lawmakers calling it out of control spending.
