Puppy Mill Raid Continues

The last of nearly 600 dogs and cats were taken from Kaufaman County's Klassie Kennel overnight.  They are today being examined by veterinarians volunteering their time.

The sheriff's department says its investigation continues and no charges have been filed yet against the kennel's owners.

Watch The 33 TV tonight for our update, including new information on a hearing date that could determine what happens to these animals from here.  For now, they are now in the care of the Humane Society of the United States.
