I didn''t find any school districts that will be cutting back on school nurses. The state of Texas actually does fairly well when it comes to the student/nurse ratio. According to the Centers For Disease Control, Texas averages one nurse for every 841 students. While that may sound bad states like Michigan have a ratio of one nurse to every 4204 students.
