Expanded Mandatory Blood Draws ... What do you think?
So, police now have more power to take blood from suspected drunk, without permission or a warrant. There are several new categories -- including repeat offenders and those driving with children in the car. This concept has come under fire from critics, who challenge the way the blood is collected, transported and stored -- along with privacy issues.
But so far, the courts have sided with police and prosecutors. Opponents have not found a way to poke holes in the law. What do you think?

I thank police should draw blood if you are drunk because the person that you killed may be yours.
Driving is a privilege not a right and the police should be able to test for alcohol levels. Not sure if drawing blood is a good idea. Maybe in a saliva swab or an alternative way to test.
