Kids Hit By Car-Follow Up

Residents on Morrell were a little angry today when I visited. They had seen yesterdays accident and they felt like it didn't have to happen. They would like to see speed bumps or signs put it in to slow drivers down. I didn't say it in my piece, but many residents felt like nobody cared about their neighborhood. Over and over I heard people saying that. As I looked around the street a little bit, at times I felt like I was back in Michigan.
