Roof Collapse

I had some time to talk with the roofer that inspected the damage. He says this type of thing can happen quite quickly. It doesn't take much water to cause a lot of damage. In an apartment it can go unnoticed a lot longer because tenants are always coming and going. The family I interviewed said they had only been living there for seven months. They did not have renters insurance. That is a lesson for all of us..including me. The Dunn's also say they would like to move.
