Suspects in Cigarette Theft Burned

It happened in Mesquite early this morning. Two men are accused of filling garbage cans with cigarettes stolen from a gas station and convenience store. After leaving the store, the men allegedly wouldn't pull over for officers. A chase ensued before the pair was arrested in Dallas.

Sure, quick police response and good police work both played a part. But, what's being called instrumental in the pair's arrest may surprise you.
