Fatigue or Flu?

So I've been feeling awful all week.  It started Monday with chest pains during my morning run and severe fatigue for the next few days. 

Everything came to a head Wednesday night.  I started getting chills and body aches.  Hmmmm Sound Familiar??  Then at at 6:45 it happened the fever!!  By the time I got home at 11pm my temperature was 101.  I was lucky though, when I woke up Thursday morning my fever has broken and I had no temperature at the doctors office.  Still, the nurses HAD to do a flu test because of my temperature.  It came back POSITIVE!!! AHHH

I asked my doctor many questions.  He tells me because my fever broke on its own and did not last very long I probably had a very mild case of Flu.  

"But is it H1N1?" I asked.
"H1N1 is Type A Influenza.  It's what we're seeing right now," the doctor answered.

He doctor told me most of the Swine Flu cases his office has seen are teens and that their fever goes on and on for days.  I thought I was just tired!  Well perhaps the fatigue is what led to the illness.

You may be wondering what I'm wearing in the picture.  That's my fashionable version of the surgical mask.  Don't want to get anybody else sick.
