My Luggage Is Where?
Has an airline ever misplaced your bag or lost it all together? You know first hand just how upsetting it can be. Seldom do the airlines make it easy. Usually it takes a half dozen phone calls to get any action and is it worth the hassle?
Continental, Hawaiian and Spirit Airlines are among the U.S. Carriers being looked at by Department of Transportation. U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said "travelers should not have to pay for toiletries or other necessities while they wait for baggage misplaced by airlines."
