Cop Killer Set To Die

It must be hard to imagine what this week will be like for the family of Garland Police Officer, Michael Moore. Moore's killer is set to be executed in Huntsville, Thursday. Kenneth Mosley shot Officer Moore to death during an attempted robbery in 1997.

This week, Moore's family will get the chance to witness the result of justice, but it is unclear if they will. One man who says he will be there is former prosecutor, Jason January. January says he wants to follow the case through. He was instrumental in sending Mosely to death row. For January it will not be a time of celebration, but he says he can't help but compare the deaths: Moore died in a violent manner and he says Mosley will die a very clinical death, by lethal injection.
