Okay, so when my Assistant News Director used that phrase today, I made endless fun of him. I called him decades behind the times, a 150-year old man with ZERO hip factor. Some of that I feel is still arguably true, but I will give you this, Rob: the phrase is fun to say.

And it is apparently true. Millions of women are opting for lip enhancements every year in an effort to plump up their sex appeal. Sometimes over the counter lip volumizers just don't cut it.

Face it: with a pout like Scarlet Johansson or Angelina Jolie what else do you need?! Okay, maybe that's pushing it. Just watch the piece!
