What to do with the coyotes?

It would be a little frightening to open your door and see a wild animal standing in your yard or driveway. That is happening in one subdivision in Grapevine, where there have been numerous coyote sightings in the last few weeks.

Residents say a few small pets have gone missing and they fear the pets have fallen prey to the coyotes. Mothers are now refusing to let small children play outside alone. Police say they will only step in and track the coyotes if one of them becomes aggressive toward humans.

It is a tough situation that many communities have been forced to deal with. Do residents just live with the wildlife in the area, should the critters be trapped and relocated or just killed? Those are all options that other cities have tried. What do you think? What should cities do with coyotes?
