A gay Jesus prompts outrage

As Christians prepare to mark Holy Week, some of them near Stephenville are outraged that Tarleton State University would allow a play that portrays Jesus as gay, with disciples who are homosexual lovers.

The play, "Corpus Christi" was written by an openly-gay Texas writer, who used it as a way to tell his story as a youngster growing up. The student director who is putting the play on in Stephenville says it is about unconditional love, but opponents say it is wrong.
