High Water Levels & Rising Concerns
Some North Texans are watching area waterways carefully these days. Among them is the close, family friend of a Dallas boy who drown Saturday night.
She says five- year old Sebastian Rodriquez was smart and warned to stay away from the creek behind his house.
She ponders if he could drown with such little water in the creek, what about other area children when the creek rises in this rain.
It's a tragedy that was unfortunately part of my day. My thoughts are with those who knew and loved the boy gone too soon.
