Police Misconduct?
You can not take your eyes off the image of a UP Railroad agent arresting a young man in a watery tunnel near downtown Dallas. The agent uses foul language and at one point grabs the suspect and threatens to kill him.
There is no dobut that law enforcement officers have a difficult and scray job and have to take every precaution. But, did this officer go too far in making the arrest. He is on administrative leave and is under investigation. UP says he will be disciplined if he violated policy.

This Officer needs to be FIERED THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THAT KIND OF ABUSE WHAT HE DID HE SOULD BE BROUGHT UP ON CHARGES FOR THEATERING THAT MANS LIFE IT IS ABUSE OF POWER AND A DISGRACE TO THE REAL HEROS THAT SEVRE AND PROTACTED.............. THAT OFFICER NEEDS TO BE HELD ANCOUNTED FOR HIS ACTIONS???????
