Community Concern Grows in Wylie

Today was a tough day in Wylie. For me, for the police volunteers working to identify the body of a young boy dumped in a wooded area Thursday and for Wylie residents who can't believe this is happening where they live.

The child was underweight, showed signs of being on a feeding tube and is thought to have had what police call "significant medical needs".

Some of the residents we talked to today are convinced the boy's own parents did this to him and that is more than they can bear. See the growing memorial at the dump site as well as the latest in the investigation here at:
