Did Fort Worth Police Make Mistakes?

It is rare, very rare, that police drop capital murder charges, but it happened in the case of Eric Forrester. Police dropped charges against, Bruce Rogers. He is still being held on an unrelated theft charge and is still being called a "person of interest" in the investigation.

A friend who was with Rogers when he was arrested claims that police just got it wrong. Tommy Ross says that Rogers with him the afternoon of the murder, surfing Facebook. Ross says that police told him they have several witnesses putting Rogers at the murder scene, which Ross claims would be impossible.

It is clear that there is a lot more information to be revealed in this case that has devastated a lot of people. Maybe this week we will all get more answers.
