Drilling Dangers: Toxins found in Dish Residents
Residents in Dish say it is the evidence they need to "connect the dots". They believe that state testing that shows residents with elevated levels of toxic chemicals and compounds in blood and urine is proof that emissions from a nearby gas operations site are exposing them to cancer-causing agents.
State officials disagree. They say there is no reason to jump to conclusions and that more testing may need to be done. It certainly does fuel the debate over drilling in North Texas.
