Sleep tight not light
Insomnia gets all the ink but there is something just as bad and it's called hypersomnia. Hypersomnia is a condition that allows you to go to sleep but not enough restful sleep to say awake the next day. People often claim they sleep for 9 or 10 hours and can't understand why they're so tired. It's because they're sleeping like a baby, they nod off for a few hours and then wake up. It's more than just an energy suck, it's also a health issue that may cause heart problems, lost productivity and car accidents.
