Who is to Blame?

It is one of those stories that just tears at you. A Frisco family was demolished along I-20, near Terrell. A mother and two children were killed. A father remains hospitalized with severe burns.

But, is a truck driver to blame? The driver of a big rig plowed into the family's SUV. So far, there is no explanation. The driver refused to answer my questions from his home in Mississippi.

Was he distracted or sleepy? Who knows. I'm sure investigators will get to the bottom of it. But, whatever the reason it will never make whole this broken family.
