Bong Baby? ... No, Really!
This is certainly a violation of parenting 101 and every other bit of common sense, not to mention a few laws. Grapevine parents are accused of allowing their 13-month old son inhale pot smoke from a bong.
Juan Garcia and Brenda Duran are in jail, facing serious charges after police say they let the baby play with an unlit bong and a bowl of pot.
It sounds too crazy, but it is true. I don't think prosecutors will have a problem finding jurors to throw the book at these two poor excuses for "parents".
