Don't dig the kid

Kids are great but not everyone wants them and a new study by the Pew Research Center proves just that. According to the study 1 in 5 American women in her 40's is childless. The number of childless women jumped 80% from 1976 to 2008. That comprises 1.9 million women.

Well educated women are the most likley to never have kids and while there are many reasons women don't have kids--less pressure to have kids may be the main reason.

These days women are more career driven, get married later and in a growing number of cases never have kids.

Everyone loves kids--especially when they're not yours.
