Inspiration from a High School graduate

A lot of high school students work hard to graduate.  It is an accomplishment and they deserve praise.  But for most, it isn't the struggle it has been for 19-year old Brad Stoner.

There were missed classes and assignments.  There was makeup homework from a hospital bed.  Stoner is in need of a heart and kidney transplant and has spent much of the past month in the hospital. 

His dream was to graduate with his friends.  It's a dream that wasn't a slam dunk.  So much so, hospital staff school officials conspired to surprise Stoner with a diploma late last month while he was in the hospital.

Tonight, dreams comes true.  Here on The 33.
